We enjoyed our spacious suite and its quiet location. The breakfast included a chef providing made to order entrees, which was highly unusual. However, the most amazing part of our stay was the cost of $69 (plus taxes!) This place was the best of the Best Westerns, and we have frequented hundreds of them.

Clean room, very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast made-to-order breakfast option was more than I would expect at the price point. Close to West Town mall, quiet despite being near the beltline. I think I got excellent value for my money.

I originally had to move rooms due to a strong smoke smell. Staff was very kind about accommodating and upgraded me to a suite. However I discovered that the suite door did not shut or lock all the way, but I was not interested in relocating rooms for a second time so I sucked it up. Fine location, fine pricing. Overall the staff was helpful but I would probably stay closer to downtown next time.

Due to a furnace breakdown in sub-zero temperatures, we had to quick book a couple of rooms. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful manager. Our rooms were clean, warm, good prices and reasonably quiet. The beds are nice and firm, soft pillows, immaculate bathrooms. Check out was a breeze.

First time visiting here. About a 10 minute drive to downtown Madison. Not busy in late February. The bedroom had a king-size bed in a large, fully closed room, wirh two nightstands and lamps, a bureau with large tv, and an exterior window. The living room had a comfortable sofa, two side tables with lamps, small dining table with 2 chairs, a sofa table. It was well-lit. All lamps had usb ports. Private bathroom with a large bathtub/shower, sink with large counter. A hallway with a sink and large countertop with a coffee machine with free coffee. In the bedroom was also a small fridge and microwave. Included was an iron and ironing board. The room were very clean, warm and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The window overlooked the back of a building. Ample parking adjacent to the hotel. Free breakfast. Coffee unlimited 24 hours a day. Breakfast selections included good quality bagels, muffins, toast, with optional peanut butter, jams, honey, dry cereals and milk, oats with optional chocolate chips and raisins, fresh fruit (apples, oranges), good orange juice and apple juice. Also included was a choice of either French toast, pancakes or your choice of eggs, made as you wait. Included was bacon or chicken sausages. Small gym with good quality aerobic machines. A small market for midnight snacks. Customer service was great. Thanks Steve. For 4 nights I paid about $300. Clean, safe, quiet, comfortable and competitive prices. Overall an excellent hotel, and a hotel I will definitely return to on succeeding visits.

I stay in Best Westerns a lot during my travels and adventures. So far this one was one of the best. As we walked in, the lobby was large and the Christmas tree in the corner was beautiful, set next to some sofas. It was very warm and inviting and it made you feel like someone was welcoming you into their home. It was clean, friendly, and the beds were very comfortable. It wasn't perfect but the best I have seen in a long time. They serve you a fresh breakfast made by a real person. There are 3 different breakfasts you can choose from, which was a really nice change. This area was always kept extremely clean. While I was there, a bunch of people were actually having a Thanksgiving meal there. Due to a huge crack in the tub and the lining on the bottom of the tub. I took a bath because it had one of those reclining shapes (those are the best for relaxation), but the texture was so sharp that when I tried to get out of the tub, it was like wrestling with a shark! It was really rough. The only other issue I had was the locations of the ice machines. There is one located at the very end of the hall and should be placed in the middle of all the rooms by the elevator for convenience . Since I was on the other end and have a really bad knee, this was a HUGE inconvenience for me. Other than that, it was really great.

King beds are comfortables, but the queen beds are very hard. Probably will not book a queen room again. Rooms have an additional sink outside the bathroom which is nice, but wish they had dish soap and kitchen towels available as the sink has a sink drain probably intended to be used as a “wet bar”? That would be an added perk. Front desk is always sincere, made to order breakfast is good. 24 hour coffee is good. Adequate place for pets to relieve themselves and people seem to be picking up their “droppings” as we did not come across any. Next to Madison’s Belt Line highway, but sounds do not seem to be an issue in the rooms. In all, a good place to get rest. Have stayed there a few times and will definitely come back if our travel takes us to the Madison area again. Get your bang for your buck as prices seem pretty reasonable.

Clean, quiet, great breakfast, very friendly desk staff. My room was completely updated, smelled good (not like stale cigarettes) and very quiet despite window facing Beltline. Showers are hot with great pressure. Everything very clean and quiet. Hot coffee available outside of breakfast hours. 10/10 recommend
